How to attract and retain teachers in engineering education is real challenge which some how is not getting addressed despite spread of education. How should we meet this challenge?
regarding this problem in opinion first of all we have to find the main reason of not interesting in teaching in engineering college due to lack of creative work he/she have to come in for in class and have to deliver lecture (which is recorded already and repeated so many time) even in our college whenever teacher get free time they prepare for further jobs.if they get chance to have some good projects with using their knowledge and improve it .then they will not go in any other field.

Good package and respect for teachers seems to be pre-requisite for meeting this challenge
