Corporate Socilal Responsibility (CSR)

Companies are putting in efforts to help society under CSR scheme which happens to be mandatory. But if you look in to the contributions they are like donations. In my view biggest CSR is the responsibility for promoting quality education. Presently quality of education from primary level to higher education level happens to be very poor. Keeping in view importance of education in building the nation CSR scheme should be utilized only for making available quality education.

Indian corporate world should promote dignity of labour aggresively if it wishes to succeed in the global scenario. It has been observed that workforce does not receive respect from the management. Any and every organization needs varied kind of services to achieve its goal then why should workforce not be respected equally. As on date white collar job is the preference for for all youngsters.
